cmr install oracle-libs missing implementation #2093
Description
The command references in the Oracle Libs readme says to run cmr install oracle-libs
This fails with the error ...bin/cmr: line 207: install_oracle_libs: command not found. That function doesn't exist here https://github.com/nasa/Common-Metadata-Repository/blob/master/bin/functions/install.sh
Is there a workaround?
