Using Trios internal inclinometer

Some TriOS Ed sensors come with an internal inclinometer, so it'd be nice to have the possibility to ingest this data to HyperCP directly.

The inclinometer data appears as a different device (IP_) in MSDA (different form the SAM_ devices). I attach the output of one mlb file of the inclinometer device (IP_c0de) from MSDA.
