JEOD Example Simulations

Now that the JSC Engineering Orbital Dynamics (JEOD) package has been released as NASA Open Source software, it seems natural to create some TrickHLA SpaceFOM examples using JEOD.

The first full version of the JEOD examples branch has been merged into the 'master' branch. We will keep the 'jeod_examples' branch open for now.
