• Added GunnsLosslessSource, unit testing, and modified build / CI as required to test it
• Updated bashrc and cshrc to correctly define GUNNS_HOME regardless of pwd

It should be possible to model this functionality with the existing GunnsElectConverterOutput and -Input links, with the Output configured as a current regulator. They also conserve energy with configurable efficiency, and have the added benefit of being able to handle the inevitable output over volt or input under volt that happens when using a current source and the output or input circuits can't receive or supply the current. Given that, right now I'm not inclined to accept this new link into the repo without more justification. Have you tried using the ConverterOutput/Input links, and what justifies using this new link instead of them?
