Bug in GunnsFluidHiFiValve DrawIO object

When making a new GunnsFluidHiFiValve object, the default is set to DISCHARGE_COEFF rather than GunnsFluidHiFiOrificeConfig::DISCHARGE_COEFF

This matters for Gunns as it will set it incorrectly when building a trick sim. Maybe my library is out of date, but a suggestion I would recommend is putting a note within the wiki documentation to use the full name. But I am just putting this out here in case anyone ever stumbles across it as this error did puzzle me for a while.

Right again, the wiki implies the default value is properly class-scoped, but in both the valve and orifice shapes in draw.io, the class scope isn't there, so it'll compile error if you just leave it alone. We've been using these links, I guess we just added the class scope to the drawing as needed, but that is a nuisance. Ok we'll use this ticket to fix the library shapes. Thanks again!
