I noticed that registered users have been removed because they are not NASA employees, ok they are not employees but as contributors to the project on github you could have let them stay, they didn't want to be seen as employees but as contributors to the github organization. In my opinion it was an exaggerated gesture. Nobody wants to take titles they don't have.
