[Bug]: RTC-S1 trigger for DSWx-S1 stopped working #1333

Describe the bug
Around Dec 31st, 2025, the RTC-S1 trigger to start DSWx-S1 jobs stopped working. The workaround is to submit jobs manually, using the data_subscriber script, but the trigger needs to be fixed.
What did you expect?
I expected the RTC-S1 trigger to work and the DSWx-S1 SciFlo jobs to start.

Environment
AWS cloud, OPERA Ops venue.
