Here is a self contained script to generate a geojson of all frames, given a consistent burst database

create_process_frame_geojson.py

For the current one up through 2024-12-31, I can do

uv run --script create_process_frame_geojson.py ~/repos/burst_db/test_013/opera-disp-s1-consistent-burst-ids-2025-09-16-2016-07-01_to_2024-12-31.json
