Removal of DSWx-HLS duplicates from PO.DAAC

OPERA and PO.DAAC agreed to remove current DSWx-HLS duplicate products from the system. The first phase will involve removing duplicates detected from 2025-01-01 to 2025-10-31. Files created by Riley are attached. The file "jan-oct.json" contains all versions of each product that is duplicated (including the latest version, which should be kept), the second file "jan-oct-post.json" includes only the duplicate versions that need to be removed.
