Bug: latency_graph.py links DSWx-HLS to HLSL30 inputs, but not HLSS30 inputs

The linked line and associated dictionary define the collections to check as inputs. The code looks like it can only handle a single value for each key, even though DSWx-HLS would need two values. It seems that the current latency calculations ignore the HLSS30 portion of the HLS inputs.
