5/9 Hackday: Documentation and docstrings

• The tutorials in the climate folder need to vetted to make sure they make sense. Currently they have some of the original markdown from James workflow and some stuff may be out of date.
• docstrings in climate.py should be vetted to make sure they are complete (do the inputs match the docstring parameters??)

Making a note here about some of the links in the notebooks. I've added hyperlinks to other notebooks that haven't been updated as part of the PICASO site, so those will need to be updated after we push everything online
