Properly integrate some way to deal with node-webkit

Because of nwjs/nw.js#1588 and in a hurry I just made a node-webkit branch that changes the window check for an exports one. I liked the former better, and don't want to make that potentially-drastic change quickly but it'd be great if the normal dependency Just Worked™ in node-webkit.
