Plugin to follow redirects? #62

See #25 (comment) for example, where Fermata doesn't play nicely with an API that wants trailing slashes. Granted, in that case it'd be better (i.e. more performant!) to still deal with that in a plugin rather than wait for every request to redirect and then re-issue it — but a proper redirect follower could be useful in more general cases.
