Octopus Power-up automation

I've used the fantastic work on this integration to automate Octopus Power-ups. Some fiddly issues with the FoxESS charging slots, daylight savings conversion etc so I hope this write-up might be useful to others - feedback and suggestions for enhancements are welcome.
