Predbat has added cell temp vs charge speed functionality

FYI Predbat has just added functionality to model the charge curve versus cell minimum temperature. It'd need something like this in the apps.yaml, and the entity to be populated (for example, from the KH register 37618).

I've compared this with the bms max charge rate sensor, and it's similar but not identical (i.e., mine was 12-13A at about 7c), so it's probably more of an actual curve rather than the distinct steps in the video.
