support --json and --config options for nats kv command, like nats stream command does

Support:
nats kv info foo_kv --json
nats kv add foo_kv --config foo_kv.json
nats kv edit foo_kv --config foo_kv.json

Use case

--json and --config allow for stream config to be shared and easily deployed. It would be nice, and more consistent, if the same functionality was available for KVs.

You can always use the regular stream commands to do so

nats stream info KV_foo_kv --json
nats stream add KV_foo_kv --config foo_kv.json

We can in theory support --config but not --json easily, the way the libraries are coded means you dont get access to the config as such in Status - therefor cant render it unless I manually build a similar config. That would almost inevitably lead to some missing over time

So what @roeschter suggests is probably the best option for now
