Following recent developments that unlocked the prediction flags and maneuver flag, and also #24 , #25 and #23 that provides a first SP3 prediction method, making this tool capable to extend an SP3 in time, and correctly format it, it would be great to provide methods to reconstruct satellite maneuvers as well.
