deprecation warning for include_components in twCRPS ensemble scores #960
Description
In the twCRPS metrics for ensembles, there is an include_components arg.
I suggest that this is deprecated and a deprecation warning is raised when include_components=True:
- Synthetic experiments have shown that it's misleading when used with twCRPS, but is probably okay with CRPS
- I'm not aware of anyone using this (e.g., it's not published in the literature, it was fairly recently added to scores, and it was briefly used internally before we realised that there were issues with this)
