Missing information regarding channel metadata file for Imaging Level 2 files

And, I could not find any details regarding the channel metadata file required for Imaging Level 2 Files.

@ecerami you are correct that there is limited documentation about this file. The level 2 metadata sheet describes it as a "CSV file containing channel-level metadata details", but does not detail a standard format.

The new multiplex imaging RFC outlines attributes for the channel metadata file. It is not clear if these attributes were also expected/submitted in phase 1. I will try to find out.
