Missing information regarding OME-TIFF Headers for Level 2 Imaging Data

I reviewed the missing manual, the data standards page: https://data.humantumoratlas.org/standard/imaging, and the HTAN Image Ingress documentation at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tK24SA9FLmYmqc8JC2C325dqKF-cabyJqsNLQDGtYyU/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.b6j67xcu50c2.

And, I could not find any information regarding the data elements required within the OME-TIFF headers for Level 2 Imaging Data.

My understanding is that this information is only obtained from the metadata, not the header, so is not technically required. (From reviewing the RFCs, it looks as if there was a concern regarding which information source -- metadata vs header -- would take precedence so only submission as metadata is required.) However @adamjtaylor , let me know if this is not correct.
