if blueadmin => change dependancy to
https://github.com/michaeldyrynda/laravel-cascade-soft-deletes

Package iatstuti/laravel-cascade-soft-deletes is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use dyrynda/laravel-cascade-soft-deletes instead.
