Support for GitHub "Issue Types" #43

Hi. Thanks for this great tool.
GitHub is evolving their issue tracking, where we just observed they delivered support for the new org-wide "Issue Types" feature also per REST API, see blog article GitHub Issues & Projects: REST API support for issue types.
We didn't dive into that API yet, but thought it would be a good idea to also give you a heads up, as it might be relevant for Dinghy in the future.
