A one-page doc that outlines the UI copy rules that developers should follow. This does not address tone of voice or other copywriting rules, but formatting and usage rules for consistency.

Include a version of the rules as a prompt file for AI tools

Need to add a section for tooltips: check best practices (guessing it's going to be full sentences like body text, plus guidance for links, and trigger text)
