Add device list filter for In-flight updates

Let's us use the Devices list as a way to monitor updates nicely. Will also help people realise the power of the filters.

A thought: remove pagination and let it be a big 'ol list.

How should this be ordered? Devices that have been updating the longest first?

Removing pagination seems risky for a live-updating list that could span 100.000 items.

If we use the device list? However you want it ordered. But yeah, a sort order that makes sense for the case would be good :)

I was specifically referring to viewing the list filtered by what's updating. I don't think it would ever reach 100,000 items. But maybe a silly idea :P

My initial thought, when filtering for devices that are updating, is to sort by the length of time the device has been updating (descending).
