FR: Add to each Endpoints view page a basic validation of the API's connection

When viewing a Proxmox, Netbox or ProxBox (FastAPI) API add a section which returns the result of a connection attempt. 

This feature should report on
* connectivity to the target address and port 
* authentication success/fail 
* success in accessing the required API's
