False-positive with GUI when RawNetBoxSession is sucessful, but NetBoxBase not.

It causes user to see on GUI everything connected, but when clicking on some of the Sync Buttons, it does not work. Probably showing a "fastapi_url" not defined error.

The currently solution is simply reload the proxbox backend (fastapi app) in case everything else is correctly configured.
