New dataset goldatlas

Description

I would like to push a new dataset goldatlas to our git-annex server. This is a public dataset (https://zenodo.org/records/583096) with MRI (T1w and T2w) scans and CT scans which is used for the totalsegmentator-mri project.

It looks like the bids-validator is not happy with CT scans because this anatomic modality is not yet handled by bids.

Alright, I created the new dataset, and added you as a collaborator:
