Add Configuration "Templates" to expidite new analysis set up #31

Right now, we just modify the testing configs for our purposes. While this works, it doesn't really help elucidate what values should be filled in/replaced by the user, and how it should be extended.
I will be adding this as part of the documentation improvement, but wanted to open it as an issue for further discussion as well.
