What's the best strategy for adding more instances, like VegasTracks? Can it be done without forking again?

Will analysis ever be state wide? Likely to be mostly regional. Might be easier to combine data if needed than separate if we started with it together.

What would be required to make a white-label version of the web code that would work for all regions?
