[synthetics-job-manager] newrelic-privatelocation-synthetics-job-manager pod very high CPU usage

Hi,

I'm seeing very high CPU usage on the newrelic-privatelocation-node-api-runtime pod specifically

I have set the CPU requests and limits to 10CPU (10,000mCPU) and the pod sticks around 5CPU even when I have synthetic/monitors or checks enabled

I am using the latest release: synthetics-job-manager:release-443

I see nothing in the logs that isn't just generic INFO or GET requests. I can see it's the java PID that is consuming all the CPU
