Switch to default-expose groups as "read-only" teams

For the users perspective, show groups as if they were teams in the Teams list (Groups can only be created and edited by Admins) . They are to be treated as "read-only" teams. Meaning the user can't do anything with it besides viewing it.

• Add a note to clarify why a user can't edit a team that's read-only.
• Currently Team names are unique. Find a solution to deal with Groups not having the same name as a Team (cc @ArtificialOwl )

@ArtificialOwl @nfebe @sorbaugh One thing that doesn’t come admin accounts management is the "Description" field of the Teams. We discussed that we should have the description field for these read-only teams as well, and that everyone in the team should be able to edit it.

(We can still adjust this or add a switch for bigger orgs who want to limit this to admins – but Teams are specifically made for relieving admin workload.)
