Describe the bug
Dates in Activity always display in UTC: "You have updated the due date of card X to 6 October 2024, 10:00:00pm UTC"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add due date to card
2. Click 'Activity' tab

Expected behavior
Dates and times are shown in user's locale.

Actual behavior
Dates and times are hardcoded in UTC which is not useful nor accurate for user.
