Describe the bug Dates in Activity always display in UTC: "You have updated the due date of card X to 6 October 2024, 10:00:00pm UTC"
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior Dates and times are shown in user's locale.
Actual behavior Dates and times are hardcoded in UTC which is not useful nor accurate for user.
Client details:
Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Web server: nginx version: nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)
Database: psql (PostgreSQL) 14.13 (Ubuntu 14.13-0ubuntu0.22.04.1)
PHP version: PHP 8.2.24 (cli) (built: Sep 27 2024 04:04:39) (NTS)
Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) 29.0.7.1
Where did you install Nextcloud from: nextcloud.com, manual
Signing status: No errors have been found.
