Account wizard redesign #8822
Description
In line with the rewrite of the widgets that needs to take place as well as #4175, @mgallien said it was a good idea to redesign the whole flow to be more streamlined, similar to other solutions. We discussed these designs during the contributor week:

As virtual files should be the default, the sync options should also be skipped on Mac/Windows and only present on Linux as we have no VFS support there. I included the virtual files option for feature parity for now.
