Steps to reproduce

1. Download and install Release v0.36.0 for Windows
2. Run the Nextcloud Talk.exe

Expected behaviour

The application starts.

Actual behaviour

The Windows SmartScreen triggers and warns that the application is unsigned.

Operating system: Windows

Microphone available: yes

Camera available: yes

Server

Nextcloud version: Nextcloud Hub 8 (29.0.5 Enterprise)
