Incorporate webview-ui into main project

There are currently two separate nodejs projects, one for the extension and one for the webview ui.

It would be nice to investigate whether these projects can be merged, or if they are better off separate. Currently the webview-ui does not have access to vscode APIs, which makes it difficult to log messages and share information between the two. I guess vscode could also be added as a dependency.
