Ensure BA.3.2 shows up on all-time builds not just recent ones

It'd be good if we made sure BA.3.2 also showed up on the all-time build, not just recent builds.

Designation as a clade might ensure that - or we can force include a few sequences. 

I've been planning to do another round of clade designations in the coming week or so.
