Provide actual full sized test to test_full

Description of feature

Currently test and test_full are actually pointing to the same small test dataset. It would be nice if test_full would actually point to larger test fastq files to test more real sized data loads for demos.

Nice idea. There is nothing special about the pipeline, so we should be able to use some data that's already available.
