Description of feature

This would generate a samplesheet that is directly compatible with funcscan.

I assume that this will use, by default, the original sample names from mag as sample names for funcscan. In addition to this, it would be helpful to have the option of using bin IDs from mag as sample names for funcscan.

Current status: we were waiting for a bug fix in nextflow itself which came out s couple of months ago. Just need to find time for the meta-omics group to have a new hackathon
