Towards allowing workflow engines other than CWL (nextflow, snakemake)

discuss / describe / recommend: wrap inside CWL
may create an issue with "container-in-container" (docker-in-docker)
- for more portability: could build a nextflow + dependencies container and tell cwl not to use any containers (--no-container)
- alternative mount docker socket from outside
