the docs of Tremolo is not verbose

recently I read the source code of Tremolo, found many functions and features of Tremolo was not included in docs.
making the docs verbose is better.

the 'server' parameter has members like 'request', 'response', 'logger', 'app', 'fileno', etc.
what's the function of those members?

Good find. Use what's in the documentation, such as request, response, logger, because it's unlikely to change.
