Add support for Gateway.spec.tls in Helm chart

The very helpful guide on Securing backend traffic using mutual TLS documents Gateway.spec.tls usage.

Would it be possible to specify this resource field for the .gateways array items in values.yaml ?

  tls:
    {{- toYaml . | nindent 4 }}
  {{- end }}

I will open a PR unless intricacies I am candidly unaware of warrant a more expert hand.

Hey @kwentine, thanks for opening this issue. It seems like you are correct, we are missing that piece of code for specifying that field in the values.yaml file. If you would like to open a PR and add that fix to the templates file that would be great, thanks so much!
