Which causes the resource to fail FHIR validation to fail
All references to
FhirConst.CodeSystems.kEncounterParticipantType (which evaluates to "http://hl7.org/fhir/encounter-participant-type"), fail as it's not a recognised CodeSystem
Should be "http://hl7.org/fhir/v3/ParticipationType" or not populated.
