medicationRequest intent = Order AND status repeat/repeatDispense bundle checking #312

Relates to demonstrator ticket https://github.com/nhsconnect/gpconnect-demonstrator/issues/279
Decision has been made not to add this to the 1.3.1 release at this stage due to time constraints but to add this a a 'nice to have' list
Once demonstrator has been implenmented will need to add these checks to the automation suite. Currently being tested manually.

I've added this one because requires test data to be enhanced
includeProblem - patient data required to return a Problem resourceType when the includeStatus and/or includeSignificance filters are applied, currently only returning data when active and major and active and minor (SF changed on 279) combination applied, which means not able to check the content of the returned bundle
