Running the project

dotnet run --project ./WebApi/WebApi.csproj

Once the solution is running, open a browser to go to http://localhost:5000/weatherforecast
To see the ProblemDetail response in action, go to http://localhost:5000/weatherforecast?numberOfDays=-1
