Add automatic settings backup

Although it's possible to backup manually, it would be useful if it would be possible to do it automatically or semi-automatically, for example by the extension prompting you to download the backup file once a week.

Settings are gone after Twitch cache refreshes/Betterttv crashes/generally any slight disruption so I think this is particularly relevant.

I think it would be better to have an account and automatically back up the settings every time you open twitch. So no need to download anything.

Could also link your google drive or any other cloud service to avoid having the problem of hosting the file BetterTTV themselves.
