Cannot successfully setup example project. Driver issues?

Following https://nightwatchjs.org/guide/quickstarts/create-and-run-a-nightwatch-test.html

I am using WSL with Ubuntu-20.04, unsure if that will matter.

When I run the test, I get these errors.

Tried reverting node version to v16.14.2, still no luck.
I've even been trying in a docker container.
