Is there anyway to auto center a floating window ?

Recreationally :

• Arc browser has a picture in picture functionality I want to be able to treat this as a separate workspace. I want it to auto move to a workspace and center within the workspace.

Work wise:

• Job has a couple of in house software that can't be rescaled and by default it is a floating window (unsure why this is the case). I would like to be able to center it with either a hotkey or automatically.
