How to avoid all chrome windows getting to focus when switching to as ws with one window?

my issue is that if i have a chrome window on workspace 1 and 2, if i go to ws 2 then the ws 1 is also brought to focus im launching chrome windows like this

also how do i properly launch wezterm now that we are here i tried this

but it dosent work
