Well, here it is.
I tried adding the latest SDK 2013 single,
CSS x64, and CSS x86. Same result everywhere.
Maybe all versions are unsuitable, so please write in the manual or here which specific version or build I should download to make it work. Everything compiled without errors. The computer is working properly, the graphics card is working properly.
