[Feature Request] Link to a specific message within a post

It would be nice being able to get the link to a specific message within a post. Sometimes threads are pretty long and you would like to refer to a specific message within the thread.

You can already do this, simply hover over the date of an individual post, right click and click on "Copy link" or the nearest equivalent action.
